About Us

Our family is committed to creating exceptional living spaces that enhance the quality of life for our residents. We own multiple properties located in the Town of Shandaken.  Our current properties reflect our passion for quality, community, and the natural beauty of the Catskills.   An approved 4 unit development and this proposed development will be in line with what we have done in the past.

 

  • We rent to people who work locally. Our tenants have worked or currently work at local establishments including Rail Explorers, Woodstock Brewing, Phoenicia Diner, Onteora School, Bread Alone, Fruition, Pine Hill Community Center, Boiceville Market, Scribner’s, The Emerson Resort & Spa, and Peekamoose Restaurant. 
  • We have a tenant that adds value to the town as a Volunteer Fireman
  • We don’t do STR’s (short term rentals).  We cater to local residents.
